Where is the lost & found located?

It will be located in the main entrance of each venue.

Can I transfer my pass to my friends and family?

EACH PERSON HAS TO SHOW THE ID WITH THE NAME THAT IS LISTED ON THE TICKET. YOU CAN CHANGE THE NAME OF YOUR TICKET HERE.

How do I get my tickets?

TICKETS WILL BE EMAILED. TICKETS WILL BE SCANNED AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE VENUE, SO YOU MAY HAVE THE TICKET ON YOUR PHONE OR PRINTED. FOR MULTI-DAY TICKETS, THE SAME QR CODE WILL BE VALID EACH DAY.

Where are the venues located?

How do I get to each venue?

What are the start and end times?

Box Office Times

The Box Office is open the first two hours of each event.

Is Smoking allowed?

Vaping is allowed inside the venue, regular smoking is not. There are smoking patios at each venue.

Can we bring in signs or totems?

Small signs are ok, no totems.

Can I bring a camera?

No professional cameras or photo equipment are allowed. Go-pros are allowed.

What is the dress code? What should we wear?

FESTIVAL ATTIRE. FOR THURSDAY'S DAY PARTY, IT'S STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO WEAR YOUR COLLEGE GEAR.

Are we able to buy any Abroadfest merchandise?

SPECIAL EDITION FOR THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY.

VIP Tables

We will open VIP table sales starting October 2022.

What can I bring in?

Small bags allowed
No camelbacks, totes, or backpacks
No outside drinks or food, it will be sold there
No water bottles.

Can I transfer my ticket if I cannot attend anymore

We will update more information about this shortly.

Am I able to leave and come back in?

THURSDAY AND SATURDAY VENUE, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE TO RE-ENTRY. FRIDAY THERE IS NOT RE-ENTRY.

Where can I get food?

There will be food around the venues for day one and three.
Food area inside for day two
There will be vegan options

Can I bring water in?

No, water will be sold at the event.

Is alcohol served?

Yes for purchase all three days of the event.

Can I smoke in the venues and if not where am I able to?

All three venues will have a designated smoking area.

What are the themes and dress for each day

How to get to and from the venues

We strongly suggest using FreeNow and Cabify to call rides to and from the venues.
